Create a brand that stands out in a very crowded market.
Selling a home can be one of life's most stressful and emotional experiences. We aimed to create a brand that represented a more caring and painless selling process for our customers, saving money, time and stress.
Together with the new CMO, I redesigned the brand to convey a feeling of transparency, security and ease in selling your home online, compared to traditional high street estate agents.
What was done:

Evolve the Expression Art brand to appeal to a more upmarket audience, on a national and global basis.
Expression Art is an elite artist representation agency that helps artists to gain global exposure for their work. Expression Art, founded in Brazil, started up as a local agency but after seeing the huge success of exporting Brazilian Elite Artists, it was time to open their doors to the best contemporary artists around the world.
Redesigning the brand and it's core values, so that it felt more upmarket and aspirational.

Review the look and user experience to increase engagement and platform performance.
Although a weekly-based game, retention and longevity was an issue. Players were not returning regularly to engage with the platform and furthermore, ongoing support issues were taking up valuable time and money, at the expense of focussing on customer loyalty.
After canvassing the view of users, I created a daily progress dashboard for the players, charting their individual progress and their progress relative to other users in order to generate a sense of competition within the game's community.
The result was a new ranking experience, weekly and monthly progress, and daily results, points and retention bonuses.

This concept is very much in it's infancy, and like so many eCommerce businesses and apps, it was borne out of my own personal experience and a fix to an everyday problem (a simple task like remembering to water my plants!) which is what gave me the idea.
I was always trying to follow the "care instructions" on my plants, when to water them, what temperature, light exposure etc. This got me thinking "wouldn't it be so much easier if I could organise this in an app?".
I created the initial design and first prototype, organising it in an intuitive way for users to track everything from watering days to soil feeds to overall "plant health". I created a dashboard in which they could easily track their progress, then included additional functionalities for affiliate referrals to garden centres and home/DIY stores where users could buy other associated products for plant care, as well as being able to buy other similar plants and gardening products.

To create a platform to open the doors for new selected fashion designers to showcase and sell their collections.
A mosaic-style website where users could interact with the feeds of newly-joined designers, and view and buy their collections. This was a fresh and innovative concept, and needed to cater to the needs of the designers and also make it easy for potential customers to buy from unique fashion collections.

To transform the UN's volunteer portal into a more simplified and intuitive site, and increase visibility of UN activities in order to attract more potential volunteers.
A content-driven website whereby users could more easily navigate to the key points on why, when and how they could volunteer for the UN, with a fully-integrated CMS platform. It was critical to make the site as light and easy to use as possible to overcome the slower internet connections in less-developed countries.
What was done:
• I presented the creative concepts together with the Glowlabs business plan, and after winning the business in a competitive RFP process, we completely redesigned all information architecture and the user journey, to form a new fully cohesive website that delivered against their needs.
• Provided a new digital style guide
